NIL (name, image, likeness) currently stands as the number 1 way for student-athletes to earn money, some, to much of it. In 2024, Caitlin Clark former Iowa women's basketball player earned $3.6 million, Angel Reese former LSU women's basketball player earned $1.8 million and Flau'jae current LSU women's basketball player earned $1.1 million in NIL deals. Many think that this amount of money handed to a student-athlete is an outstanding amount and that we should limit what an athlete makes in NIL money. Do you agree with this? Should we cap the amount of money an athlete can earn?
